Airport lounge access before departures, breakfasts by the ocean, and more memorable experiences.

The Practicum is a structured, step-by-step system of practical "learning by doing" exercises by using shared experience, designed to help you move toward your goals with confidence, one step at a time.

The topics are selected to suit people with different goals and different circumstances. All recommendations are based on personal experience, and you can explore and choose the most suitable for yourself. By exploring a wide range of options and real-life scenarios — from travel savings to earning additional income and moving into remote work or building an online business — you can find the model that fits your goals, values, and lifestyle best.

The major requirement for joining the practicum is simple: a genuine desire to travel and build a new lifestyle.

About the Author:

My name is Arkady Zidelev, and travel has been part of my life for as long as I remember — from frequent need to move and live in different cities due to my parents’ work and joining youth travel and yachting clubs to my first international trip that truly changed everything: Paris, which felt almost impossible for a teenager born in the USSR at the beginning of the 1990s.

I have visited 70 countries, some of them up to 12 times. I have lived and studied in seven countries, first as child moving with parents, and later as an adult by choice to explore and learn — German language in Northern and South-Western parts of Germany, Spanish courses Costa Rica's capital and by the Pacific Ocean, as well as at language schools in different cities of Spain, business programs in Canada, in the USA and in the UK. I now live in Canada. I use 21 reward programs and memberships to collect and use air miles, bonus rewards, discounts, and privileges maintaining Gold and Platinum status levels, and sometimes I do not have time to use all of the free nights and lounge coupons available to me, but travelling without those programs and memberships would be up to 70% higher than my regular travel expenses. In addition, I receive rewards for product and service reviews, create photo and video content that is rewarding, and I regularly receive advertising offers.

Tourism and travel are not just my hobbies. They are the passion that has shaped my happiness and my lifestyle. And this practicum is not about selling courses or products. I am eager to share my real experience and tested tools that may help you benefit from what you genuinely enjoy, earn without the need or pressure to sell, while you remain free to decide what is right for you. Like many people, I also have a regular job and use social media only when I choose to. My main blog is my YouTube channel - Career Without Borders, with 120,000 subscribers. However, earning through travels and while travelling is possible even without being active on social media.

I have 23 years of experience in marketing, I studied Professional Sales & Sales Management at the University of Toronto, Innovation & Strategy at Harvard University, and my MBA in Marketing from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK included research on the influence of social media on consumer behaviour.

My interests also include lifelong learning, coaching, crisis support, and volunteer mentoring for immigrants in career development. These interests became part of the reason for creating this practicum — to help others move toward greater freedom in both travel and career.

I will be glad to receive your questions and feedback.

“By sharing the knowledge and experience I built while traveling across dozens of countries, and the insights I gained from my colleagues over many years of travelling — I have become a product of my own product.”
